"What a beautiful home this is! The home is immaculate and well appointed! We enjoyed our weekend very much. The beds are great and the living space was very comfortable. My sons loved the bedroom with the loft. We didn't cook on this trip, but the Keurig was much appreciated! There were only six of us staying, but it would have worked great for more people!"

The Lake House - Absolutely Amazing

"We stayed at this house for our company outing and the place was big enough for everyone to be there and there was still plenty of room to spare. Claire and Michele were great to work with from day one. The house was beautiful and fully furnished with everything we needed. The property was in a great location only a couple miles from town. There was something for everyone to do in the house with the water activities, the games that were provided or we could just relax and enjoy the view."

"Our family of 13 individuals ranging in age from 4 months to 67 enjoyed a wonderful week together with so many enjoyable activities right at the Lake House. The kayaks, Canoe, Pontoon and paddle boat were all enjoyed by all on beautiful Lake Burgen. The lake is so clean and so much fun to swim in whether floating on an air mattress or playing on the provided water trampoline. Our little grandsons had so much fun catching fish right from the dock. The Lake House has any amenity you could possibly think of or need! Anything from beach towels, to games and activities to an easy to use kitchen with all sorts of equipment to make great meals or to bake for a hungry family after a busy day on the lake. The sleeping arrangements were so comfy and wonderful for sleeping after a full day of fun times! If you still had enough energy, the fire pit was so enjoyable and relaxing before heading up to bed in those wonderful beds. The house is so spacious whether you wanted to be all together as a group or maybe a little alone time with a good book!
Over all the week was super fun and it was so hard to say goodbye and end the vacation! If anyone is looking for a great time at the lake, the Lake House on Lake Burgen is the place to go!! We sure hope we can make it back at sometime in the future."

"What a wonderful manicured yard, clean house appealing to our tastes, and fun lake toys for all ages to enjoy!! We were never crowded as 21 of our family members enjoyed this time together and found everything we needed for fun and relaxation. We have recommended this location to a another family already. The only information we should have checked into ahead of time was calling to reserve renting jet skis. But only being there 4 days we had plenty to do and enjoy!! With just one meal out we chose Bug-A-Boo Bay restaurant which was get and all enjoyed go-cart races At Casey's Amusement Park. Overall experience was delightful. Michele Florin thank you for renting our this lovely home for others to enjoy!! Hopefully we'll be back again."

"Our friendcation at the Burgeon house was incredible!! This was the best house for myself and group of 15 friends flying in from all over the country especially only being 2 hours outside of the Twin Cities. They had a private lake with a pontoon, water trampoline, volleyball court, and fire pit! There was so much to do at the house and spacious for everyone. The owners of the home and property managers were great to work with and went above and beyond for our group. We definitely hope to be back again next summer!!! I highly recommend this lake house for large families or groups to have a great lake vacation."

"We really enjoyed our week at “The Lake House”!! Your home is beautiful and had everything we needed—plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc...just like we were at home! I didn’t want to leave! We also enjoyed having use of the pontoon and all the kids enjoyed the trampoline. The guys fished often and had good luck catching crappies. The beach area was beautiful and the hammocks were a nice added touch as well. BONUS, we were super close to Walmart, Target, and restaurants!! We would love to come back!"

The Lake House - Perfect Family Getaway

"We rented The Lake House for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room. Michele had a great welcome guide that she emailed to me prior to our trip outlining everything we would need to know so we felt prepared for our vacation. Having the pontoon available to use made it easier then bringing our own boat. The pontoon and water trampoline were some of our favorite parts! The lake wasn't too busy either which was nice so our group got to really enjoy it. We also caught a lot of fish right off the dock which was enjoyable for the kids. Everything was clean when we arrived, plenty of towels, household necessities, etc. The basement had so many games that made our nights enjoyable. Overall great house to rent and we can't wait to go back!"
